This cabin has it all and it sits on one of Green Mountain Falls most sought after streets. It is pretty rustic and ready for the right person to make it theirs. There are three non conforming rooms as there are no closets but creativity in this cabin is just what would give it more charm. As you enter your greeted by a beautiful stone firplace w/pellet burning insert that is main heat along with baseboard electric heat. Living room and dining area are all one great room with lots of good light and the wood walls from the bench seating all around on side of living room. to the right is the small but functional kitchen with newer cabinets, electric and plumbing. The bedrooms are non conforming but an armoire could be a great fix. There is a beautiful area out the back kitchen door, very private. Belvidere is one of the most popular hiking spots in all of Ute Pass and there is no parking allowed on the street itself for hikers so being right at the base of the trail head up the falls is a huge advantage. It is so beautiful in the winter with the crisp cool air and snow covered mountains and truly heaven in the summer when everthing is in bloom and you can hear the stream running just below you. Easy walk in to Green Mountain Falls for fishing, dining, bike riding, or just hanging out! You are minutes away from Woodland Park or Colorado Springs with all the amenities you could need or want. This is a sweet cabin sitting on the side of a mountain and you really should take a look at it!
